CBTF Skills Development Program Representative, Sara Mougeot, presents a 3-part series to introduce the revised Skills Development Program.

With the help of an athlete demonstrator, this presentation focuses on the skills in the Active Start I and II, Yellow, Orange and Red portions of the program. Together, they demonstrate the skills in the SDP, and also provide teaching notes and adjudicating notes that should be helpful to Coaches and Adjudicators alike.
